Hi! My name is Doreen Dempsey. Life can be overwhelming and leave a feeling behind that everything around you is chaotic. I am here to guide you back to the feeling of control through psychotherapy. You can learn new ways to cope with the unforeseen events and learn to make positive changes. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming, non-judgmental environment. I utilize a number of techniques and models including play therapy. I have had the privilege of working with a number of people from all different walks of life dealing with trauma, codependency, bi-polar, depression and anxiety. I enjoy working with couples, family, and individuals. Together we can figure out if this is the right fit for you. I am an individual that has gone through life stressors myself and know what it feels like to have things become chaotic. What can I say, I am human, just like any one of you reading this.
